Alan M Hunt has received international acclaim, winning The Society of Animal Artists’ USA Award of Excellence on four occasions and The Wildlife Art Society’s UK Best Artist on Show for three consecutive years. Alan has been the lead artist at five exhibitions in the US and in 1998 was the first non-American to be voted on to the American Wildlife Art Hall Of Fame. In 1999, he was chosen as Artist of the Year for the Florida Wildlife Art Expo.
About Alan M Hunt
Alan M Hunt is an internationally acclaimed wildlife artist that has been painting original artwork of birds and mammals since his early teens. Alan M Hunt is a trained zoologist and photographer who is able to paint amazing paintings of animals and wildlife that are unparallelled with his hyper-realism and photorealism style. Alan M Hunt mainly paints in acrylic but has painted in gouache, egg tempera and watercolour with a few studies of proposed paintings firstly done in pencil / graphite. Alan M Hunt is famous for his african wildlife paintings esepecially his big cats such as leopards, lions and tigers.
